BIOGRAPHY
Álvaro Luis Bernat Dalton was born on February 13, 1975 in Laredo, Texas, USA. He studied acting at the Lee Strasberg Theater Institute in New York City. During this period he participated in small off-Broadway productions such as The Ballad of Sad Coffee and A Streetcar Named Desire , among others.
Back in Mexico, Dalton gained notoriety for having produced and acted in the television series No te equivoques (2001), as well as in the soap operas: Ramona (2000), Clase 406 (2002) and Rebelde (2004-2006). His first film success was Matando Cabos (2004), a Lemon Films production, where he enjoys a leading role and is also co-author of the script. From there he continued as an actor, appearing in Volver, Volver (2005), Alabastrina Woman (2006), Side Effects (2006) and an episode of the television series 13 Miedos (2007). In 2008, he gets roles in Amor, dolor y visceversa (2009). In 2010, he landed a part in the short film Mano a Mano , directed by José Barrera.
