It was in Chicago that the actress was born on October 26, 1994. However, she was brought up in Georgia with her older brother. For her education, she attended Montessori schools. She then went to Decatur High School. After graduating, she moved to the University of Chicago where, surprisingly enough, she studied math.
As for her acting career, Morgan got her start in 2006 when she was cast in two episodes of The Sopranos. His role, however, was uncredited. The following year, she had a role in an episode of K-Ville in which she portrayed Lana Roberts. It was until 2011, however, that she had her most serious television role when she played Dana Brody in the spy thriller TV series Homeland.
After her fine performance in the series which lasted until 2013, she received two Screen Actors Guild Award nominations in 2013 and 2014 for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Drama Series.
Morgan Saylor made her film debut in 2009 when she was offered the role of Annie in the dark fantasy film directed by Paul Weitz. Cirque du Freak: The Vampire’s Assistant. Then, she took on the role of young Claire in Father of Invention in 2010. The years to come saw her appear in a number of films, including Whitney Brown’s Greening (2011), Jamie Marks Is Dead (2014) , and McFarland, USA (2015). She recently appeared in Novitiate in 2017 as Sister Evelyn, We Coyotes (2018) as Amanda, and Shoot Down the Man (2019) as Mary Beth Connolly.
Not only did she start her career on stage, but she also performed professionally in the theater production of When We Were Young and Fearless in which she played the role of Penny; it was in 2014.

Saylor was born into a very small family with only a much older brother who works in a pub. His father was reportedly a remodeler for Starbucks. In addition, his mother would be a REI dealer.
