BIOGRAPHY
Diego Luna is a Mexican actor recognized for his films Y tu madre Tambien (2001), Rudo y Cursi (2008) and his participation in the Star Wars franchise in the spin-off Rogue One (2016).
Diego’s career began in the world of soap operas with some appearances in Carrusel (1989), El Abuelo y Yo (1992) and El Premio Mayor (1995). However, it was with Alfonso Cuarón’s And Your Mom Too that the actor began to be one of the most popular actors in Mexico, a trend that continued with the release of Atlético San Pancho (2001) and Frida (2002).
Luna would make the leap to Hollywood with The Terminal (2004) by Steven Spielberg and Milk (2008) by Gus Van Sant. At the same time, he would appear in films such as Mister Lonely (2007), I only want to walk (2008) and Elysium (2013). Additionally, Diego would be Katy Perry’s romantic interest in the music video for the single “The One That Got Away” in 2011. In 2014
